Welcome! By browsing or buying from this site, you’re agreeing to the following terms.

1. Made to Order

To keep this store sustainable while I balance my professional practice with life at home, I operate on a made-to-order model. This means each piece is printed specifically for you rather than being kept in bulk inventory or shipped daily.

The Rhythm: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it is posted or ready for delivery/pickup.
Cancellations: Because each print is custom-made to order, you may only cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placement. Once production on your print has commenced, I am unable to offer cancellations or modifications.
Urgent Requests: If you have an urgent gift request or a specific deadline, please email artbyjordanna@outlook.com or DM me before ordering, and I will always do my absolute best to help you fast-track it.

2. The "Screen vs. Reality" Disclaimer

I do my best to represent colors accurately, but every phone and computer screen displays color slightly differently. Your physical print may have very minor variations in tone or brightness compared to what you see on your screen.

3. Intellectual Property

I put a lot of heart into these designs! All artwork and images on this site are my intellectual property. Buying a print gives you a beautiful piece for your wall, but it doesn't give you the right to scan, reproduce, or resell the image. If you’re interested in a commercial license, let’s chat!

4. Limitation of Liability

I ship via Australia Post and take every precaution to pack things safely. However, once the art leaves my hands, I’m not responsible for delays or issues caused by the postal service (though I’ll always do my best to help you track it down!).
