Privacy policy

Last Updated: 17 Feb 2026

1. Let’s keep it simple

I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how I handle your personal information in a way that’s transparent and compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). My goal is to get my art to you safely while keeping your data secure.

2. What information I collect

I only collect what’s necessary to run my shop and stay in touch:

  • Contact details: Your name, email, and shipping address when you buy a piece or join my mailing list.

  • Payment Info: I use secure third-party processors like [Stripe/PayPal]. I never see or store your credit card numbers myself.

  • Website Data: I use cookies to see which artworks are popular and how people navigate the site. You can turn these off in your browser settings if you prefer.

3. How I use your data

I use your information for the "usual" business stuff:

  • Fulfilling orders: Getting your new artwork packed and posted to the right house.

  • Updates: Sending you my newsletter (if you’ve opted in). You can hit "unsubscribe" at any time.

  • Support: Answering your questions or helping with commissions.

4. Sharing your information

I don’t sell your data to third parties. I only share it with the "helping hands" that make this business work:

  • Delivery partners: Like Australia Post or couriers, so they know where to deliver your art.

  • Tech tools: My website host and email platform. Some of these services may store data on secure servers outside of Australia (e.g., in the US).

5. Your rights and access

Under Australian law, you have the right to know what information I hold about you. You can:

  • Request access: Ask to see the data I have on file.

  • Request corrections: Ask me to update your details if they’re wrong.

  • Request deletion: Ask me to delete your info once an order is finished.

6. Security

I take reasonable steps to keep your data safe from unauthorized access. If I no longer need your information for legal or business reasons, I’ll securely delete or de-identify it.

7. Questions or concerns?

If you have any questions about your privacy or want to make a correction, just send me an email at artbyjordanna@outlook.com.

If you aren't happy with how a privacy complaint is handled, you can reach out to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
