Shipping and returns

1. Made-to-order printing
Each piece is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your art to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it hits the post.

In a rush? If you need a piece by a specific date (like a birthday or anniversary), please send me an email to artbyjordanna@outlook.com before ordering. I’ll always do my absolute best to fast-track things where I can!
2. Delivery options (Australia only)
I ship all orders via Australia Post from my studio in Coffs Harbour. Every print is carefully packed in archival-safe sleeves with rigid backing boards or heavy-duty tubes to ensure it arrives in gallery condition.

Standard shipping ($13.50): This is a flat rate for all orders regardless of size. It includes tracking and typical delivery within 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Express shipping ($19.50): Select this option if you want your order to travel a bit faster once it leaves the studio. This is a priority service for all print sizes.

Local doorstep delivery ($5.00): I offer a personal delivery service for residents within 25kms of Coffs Harbour, ideally between Urunga, Woolgoolga and Coramba. I will drop your order to your house and send you a quick text once it has arrived safely. If you are unsure if you fall within this area, please feel free to message or email me to confirm before ordering.

Note: To keep things simple and private, I do not offer studio pickups. Thanks for understanding.​

3. Sizes and packaging
I offer prints in A4, A3, and A2 sizes.

A4 & A3: Shipped flat in rigid, heavy-duty mailers to stay crisp and straight.

A2: Carefully rolled in thick, protective mailing tubes.

4. Returns and quality guarantee
Because every item is printed to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. I highly recommend measuring your wall space before hitting the checkout!

Quality issues: I want you to be stoked with your new art. If there is a genuine quality issue or printing defect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the issue. I’m happy to offer a store credit so you can find something else you love.

Damages in transit: If Australia Post has a rough day and your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the print immediately and email me at artbyjordanna@outlook.com so I can help fix it.
